How it works

Book your preferred meeting type, Zoom videocall or a regular telephone call. Pick a time and date to suit you and pay online via credit/debit card and receive an email confirmation of your booking. For discretion and confidentiality card payments will appear as "iilaw" on your statement.

For a Zoom videocall appointment you will be emailed a link and password to the Zoom meeting. On the time and date of your meeting just click on the link and enter the unique meeting password and I will be there to meet you. Don't worry if you don't have Zoom, it is free to use and you don't have to download it. The email confirmation will give full details on how to connect to your appointment.

For a telephone call appointment I will call you at the appointment time on the phone number you provide during the booking process. If you prefer to be called via WhatsApp or similar please let me know during the booking process or via email.

In the email confirmation I will include details of how to send us any relevant information and paperwork on your case that you wish to discuss.

I will send an appointment reminder 24 hours before your meeting time.

After the meeting I will send a follow up email confirming the issues raised and advice given, with further steps to be considered. I will also provide useful documents and information from my library to assist your case.

My aim is to fight for you. I understand how important your case is. I want the best possible outcome as quickly as possible so that your life can move on again.
